We’ve added some numbers of our own last month:

In the past 5 months, of the 26 listings that our small office has sold or placed under agreement, 17 were on the market for fewer than 90 days, and 13 were on for fewer than 60.

When you subtract the number of days on market with other offices for some listings, the numbers change: 18 on market for fewer than 90 days and 14 fewer than 60.

In our office, marketing is handled by the office itself. If you list with any of our agents, you know that the marketing is being handled consistently. This is different in most other offices, where agents are usually expected to handle any advertising beyond what automatically happens when a listing is entered into the MLS.
