A First Time Homebuyers class will be offered by The North Central MA NeighborWorks® HomeOwnership Center, and will be held at the Twin Cities CDC. The North Central Massachusetts NeighborWorks® HomeOwnership Center is a collaborative effort among five non profit organizations to provide a one stop resource for current and potential homeowners: Twin Cities CDC, MOC, Inc., RCAP Solutions, Greater Gardner CDC and MRPC. All Classes 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM- All four sessions must be completed to receive a certificate. The fee for the class is $50.00 which includes the course book and all program handouts.
