This weekend is REALTOR® Nationwide Open House Weekend -
April 28-29, 2012. Homes for sale across the state will be open for you to view. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Leominster will be promoting open houses in our office, and I will be opening up a lovely home in Gardner on Sunday.
Given that inventory seems to be dropping in our area and many of us are seeing multiple offer situations for homes, now would be a good time to get out there and see some homes. My open house will be at 37 Foster Court in Gardner – click the picture for more information.
To see more homes in the area, check out the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® site. If you want to see any home, but it is not open at a convenient time, call me at 978-342-0000 if you are not working with an agent, and I can get you in to see the property.
